Well the night before the 4th was a really long night. Tyson had to finish baling up Shively's hay and they were up until 3 a.m. Ugh what a night, and then we decided that we wanted to go to the flag raising ceremony at 7 a.m. What were we thinking? It was such a long day. Then it was time for the fun to begin. We had all of Tyson's sisters and their husbands come out and go boating. We had Brady and Kandice come out as well. We just went out to Mud Lake. It was a ton of fun. We all got toasted and a little bit of whip lash. We all went to Momma Joni's and Papa Van's after and all crashed! We were burnt out. It was a good time. After we had gotten a little rest and gotten ready, Tys and I headed into Rexburg so we could go down to the fireworks with Brady and Kandice. The fireworks never change. They are ALWAYS the same. I don't know why we continue to go to them! I heard that the ones in Hamer were awesome, so maybe next year we'll head over that way especially where it is closer to us! So...Independence Day was a good day. Just like any other day! HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY! :)
So, this last weekend Tyson and Marshall Bitter decided that they wanted to be the II Generation of bikers. We are now following the footsteps of their parents. They planned a ride up to Island Park Friday night and stay in Bitters cabin then make a long haul around through Yellowstone Park and Jackson Hole!We went with Kolton and Jacie, Matt and Breezie, and Marshall and Andra! I was a nervous wreck. I wasn't nervous about Tyson driving it was all the other ding bats that have their driver's license that I don't trust! Our first trip was Mesa Falls, and it is of course always beautiful. I love it up there. Of course we were getting funny looks with all of our leathers on, and people automatically think because we ride bikes that we are going straight to hell! Hehe silly them! But all in all it was a good trip! We had a ton of fun playing catch phrase, Marshall listening in to all of our conversations without us even knowing, semis, tunes, buffalo, leather, sun burns, wind burns, mexican food, diners, funny looks! It was fun! :)
